Each eligible user may hold one account on omgbd. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. omgbd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If omgbd identifies more than one account belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and winnings forfeited.
• omgbd uses SSL encryption to protect all login and payment sessions. You should only access your account through the official omgbd website and should be vigilant against phishing attempts.

All financial transactions on the omgbd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user except in accordance with specific in-play cash-out rules where that feature is available.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party studios. omgbd does not manipulate game outcomes. Payback percentages (RTP) are published by the respective game providers.
• In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or game error, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's account. omgbd's decision in such matters is final.

🚫 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the omgbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other users.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that constitutes fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in relation to the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, including accessing on behalf of a minor or an ineligible person.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be void and the account suspended pending investigation.
